Shipping policy
GENERAL INFORMATION:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery.
PROCESSING TIME:
All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier.
After your payment is authorized and verified, standard orders can still take up to 3 BUSINESS days to PROCESS. This is just an estimate and DOES NOT include weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) or holidays.
SHIPPING RATES & TIMELINES:
The estimated timelines for processing, transit, and final delivery are as follows, listed below.
ALL ORDERS ARE CREATED OR PACKED IN THE ORDER OF WHICH THEY HAVE BEEN RECEIVED (unless RUSH order is chosen for an additional fee) Depending on the process of your order most processing time is 24-72 hours. Arrival time can be an additional 2-6 days NOT from the date that order is placed but the date order is fulfilled & shipped. Depending on your location. Please keep in mind that lids (MOIST TOPPINGS I.e whipped, frosted, icecream scoops, slushies etc) processing time is lid sits AUTOMATICALLY 4 DAYS TO ENSURE ITS DRY FROM OUTSIDE, IN THEN THE 5TH DAY LID IS SET WITH RESIN OR EPOXY FOR 24 HOURS FOR HARDENING
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO TRACK YOUR PACKAGE.
UNIQUELY DIFFERENT ACCESSORIES DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY.
SHIPPING FEES:
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Uniquely Different Accessories, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is NOT available to a PO Box.
DELIVERY CLAIMS:
Uniquely Different Accessories does NOT hold or accept responsibility for any package that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING SHIPPING:
While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our UDifferentFamily, Uniquely Different Accessories reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.
Additionally, Uniquely Different Accessories reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive complaint history indicative of “wardrobing & Accessories.
- An irregular or excessive complaint history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, Uniquely Different Accessories reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
